Order Financing Loan Requirements
- The Customer's confirmed Purchase Order.
- A Quotation from your Supplier.
- A Profitability Analysis for the order (including all costs).
- Company Profile & Registration Docs (CR14, Certificate of Incorporation).
- Tax Clearance Certificate.
- 3-6 months of recent Bank Statements.
- Details of your Collateral (e.g., Property Title Deeds, Vehicle Logbooks).
- A Letter from your Customer agreeing to pay Umtanashi Finance directly.
- A signed Directors' Resolution to borrow.
- Copies of Directors' IDs, photos, and recent proof of residence.
